Homecoming week is right around the corner and what better way to celebrate school spirit than going to the Emmaus football homecoming game? Our student section is one of the most passionate around and the themed looks add to the spirit. Bandanas and party beads are simple ways to add to your look, but makeup and body paint can be used to complement your spirited #OOTN (outfit of the night). Here are some basic yet spirited makeup looks using face paint and makeup you may have in your own collection for our homecoming football game.
1. Festival to Football Game Look
To achieve this popular and cute Friday night lights look, all you need is an eyeshadow or eyeliner brush, eyeshadow, and a creamy eye pencil. Use the eye pencil to create small dots above one eyebrow, across the bridge of the nose, and along one upper cheek. The eyeshadow is used to color the dots and to set the cream.
2. Football Handprint
This second makeup look is super simple and easy while still being festive for football. All you need is a colored makeup cream or face paint. Simply apply the cream to your hand, spread it evenly across the palm and fingers, and press your hand against your face. Then fill in the gaps with more cream. Commonly, people make the handprint over one eye onto the forehead.
3. Warrior Paint
The final look is probably the easiest and most popular. The only material necessary is makeup cream or face paint. I decided to add face glitter to give a little extra sparkle to the look. Simply use a brush or a finger to drag the paint across each cheek and pat the glitter on top.
