September 23 marked the start of the autumn season for 2014. Along with the autumnal equinox comes a vast amount of beauty trends. To start off the list, we’ve got winged eyeliner. This trend is a popular technique that is used during fall. It is bolder and more dramatic than the simple eyeliner commonly used year round.
Another fierce way to spice up your makeup is with eye shadows. Dark browns are common shades during autumn, but you can always rock a neutral look as well. Along with smokey eyes, dark lips (I recommend Diva by Mac, $16) are trendy in the fall.
For your cheeks, rosier blushes are always a good choice. They give a warm tone to your face which is great during the fall. As colder months come around, more deep and dark shades are used in cosmetics to complete the look.
